Flank Steak, Brown Rice, garlic, Carrots, peas, broccoli, Whole Egg, Teriyaki sauce, Low Sodium soy Sauce.
How to prepare
Heat for 2-3 minutes… if Frozen… Heat for 3-5 minutes
Roast for 10 – 15 minutes at about 360 Degrees.
